About me

I started my career as an editor for a Superyacht Magazine where I soon discovered my passion lay more with people and found myself working in recruitment.

Over eight years working agency side, I honed my skills and built a robust network in the world of technology, with a focus on product and design. Eager for new challenges, I transitioned to in-house roles and have since spent six successful years at two rapidly expanding tech companies in the health sector, namely Babylon Health and Flo Health.

I'm now eager to utilise all the skills I've learnt and concentrate on providing a truly personalised services to my clients and candidates in connecting them together successfully.

Career highlights

I’ve navigated both high-speed scale-ups, where hiring 20 people a month was the norm, and slower, more corporate settings where patience and steady progress were key. I’m skilled at adapting to different environments and tailoring my approach to fit the needs of the job.

My most recent permanent role was at Flo Health as Head of Talent Acquisition. I joined the team as it was expanding out of Belarus and the company was fairly unknown as an employer in its primary locations (UK & Lithuania). Fast forward 3.5 years, a lot of employer brand activities and over 500 hires later, Flo is a tech unicorn and a well-known employer of choice.

Previous to that I was a Design specialist at Babylon Health, where the company went from 500 to 1500 people in just over a year. I embedded myself in the design team alongside the amazing Jane Austin, and we scaled the team from 6 to 80 people in just nine months using 100% direct recruitment methods.
